One of the Coolest Places for Memorabilia...
So, my wife and I have been on the e-mail list for
Hockey Central a cool memorabilia store in Sylvan Lake Alberta for quite some time now. We got a note saying that they were having a signing on Saturday with 6 time Stanley Cup Champ, Glenn Anderson! We took the drive down from Edmonton to check it out.
Here's me and Glenn posing for a photo. He let me wear the three cup rings he had with him!! Unbelievable for me to have the 84-85 Cup Ring on my finger....
Glenn is an awesome guy and he signed my new #9 Jersey for me while we were there....
If you have ever been to Sylvan Lake and not stopped in here, you should next time you go! It's a hockey fans dream. And for Oilers Fans...well you have to see it to believe it.
I will update my thoughts on the Saturdays game tomorrow.
Still can't believe I had Andy's rings on! truly a cool experience.
